Owned and managed
Clive Watkin Partnership is owner/managed by twelve of the most experienced Estate Agents working in the North West today.

The prestigious head office at 30 Pensby Road, Heswall is the base for Clive Watkin and Chris Starkie, both of whom are Chartered Surveyors and have many years experience in dealing with sales throughout their district.

Richard Holmes is the partner at the West Kirby office. Richard is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, a West Kirby resident and has been involved in the sale of properties in the West Kirby and Hoylake areas for over 20 years.

At Neston, the resident partner is Ian Mellor who, again, is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents. Ian lives in Neston and his knowledge of the area is unquestionably second to none.

The East Wirral offices are directed by Nick Spencer assisted by Mark Heaton and Derek Hogg. Nick is a Chartered Surveyor and has been selling property across the Wirral since the 1960`s. The experience of the East Wirral team is unrivalled and constructive advice can be offered on any local residential or commercial property matter.


The Crosby Office is under the direction of Ian Jamson, who is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and has a wide ranging knowledge of properties in the areas served by his office. Ian has lived in the area for many years and is available for consultation on any property matters in the Sefton and North Liverpool district.

The survey and valuation office is administered by Malcolm Pembridge FRICS assisted by Stephen A Fletcher FRICS who are able to offer clients a wealth of professional expertise.

The lettings and management division is run by Tim Lever MARLA with experienced staff at Pensby Road Heswall and Woodchurch Road Prenton.

The Wirral Peninsula
The Wirral Peninsula is a very desirable area in which to live, with a mild climate, excellent schools, first class transportation facilities and easy access to all the Chester and Liverpool business areas. There is an exceptionally wide variety of housing on the Peninsula, ranging from modest terraced houses to fabulous mansions in the million pound price range. We always say that `there is something for everyone` on the Wirral!

Leisure pursuits are very well catered for with an exceptional variety of golf courses, including the world famous Royal Liverpool Golf Club which hosts the 2006 Open Championship. Without question our Crosby office serves one of the most attractive residential districts in the whole North West of England.
