Branch Accessibility
We know everyone’s accessibility needs are different, which is why each of our branches have a Detailed Accessibility Guide. The guides include fact, figures, and photographs so you can see what access will be like at the branch, prior to your visit.
Internet
Our websites have been designed to be as accessible as possible. We are always improving our sites per the guidelines laid down by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) and the RNIB. In addition, our customers can change their browser settings to make it easier for them to use the internet. For example, to enlarge text in Safari/Chrome/Edge perform the following steps:
Change the text size for a website on Safari
Use the Page Settings button to increase or decrease the text size.
- Open the Safari app on your iPhone.
- Tap the Page Settings button on the left side of the search field.
- Tap the large A to increase the font size or the small A to decrease it.
- Set default page zoom for a specific site
- Use the zoom options to make everything on a web page larger or smaller.
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More More.
Next to 'Zoom', choose the zoom options that you want:
Make everything larger: Click Zoom in Zoom in.
Make everything smaller: Click Zoom out Zoom out.
Use full-screen mode: Click Full-screen Full screen.
You can also use the keyboard shortcuts to zoom in or out:
Make everything larger:
Windows and Linux: Press Ctrl and +.
Mac: Press ⌘ and +.
Chrome OS: Press Ctrl and +.
Make everything smaller:
Windows and Linux: Press Ctrl and -.
Mac: Press ⌘ and -.
Chrome OS: Press Ctrl and -.
Use full-screen mode:
Windows and Linux: Press F11.
Mac: Press ⌘ + Ctrl + f.
Chrome OS: At the top of your keyboard, press the full-screen key Full-screen. This key is also called F4.
Increase default text size in Microsoft Edge

You can change the font size in the new Microsoft Edge
Select Settings and More > Settings > Appearance.
Under Fonts, choose a font size.
You can also customize the size and style of fonts used in Microsoft Edge by selecting Customize fonts on the same page.
