Homebuyers Information Pack (HIP)

The Homebuyers Information Pack is simply a set of documents with which to provide buyers with essential information about the property they are buying. HIPs are a legal requirement and must be provided by the seller or their agent – please remember, you cannot market your property without a HIP!

The Home Information Pack is now compulsory for most homes being marketed throughout England and Wales. Whilst the subject of HIPs is often daunting for the sellor and buyer alike. Clive Watkin Partnership is able to produce your Homebuyers Information Pack through its preferred partners PSG.

The Homebuyers Information Pack is designed to aid the process of buying and selling a residential property. The HIP makes important information about the property available to the buyer at the beginning of the process to avoid any unwanted surprises later on in the process. HIPs help reduce delays and unnecessary expense for both the property buyer and seller.
